a tribute to the music was a wonderful hotel. we booked it at the train station when we are arrived at a very good rate. we didn't really know where we were going! but the hotel was beautiful and our room had a wonderful view. the bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom and had a view as well.... more

Fantastic location - just 5 mins from St Marks - and right on the water front. Several little cafes just beside the hotel where you can get a welcome drink at the end of a long day! The hotel itself is small, very clean, great sized bedrooms, private bathrooms and a mini bar. Myself and my two 17 and 20... more

First the bad: I booked this hotel at a last minute discount site for 150 Euros per night. I booked the room based on Trip Advisor reviews. The room was a Superior Triple on the third floor (2nd per European standards). It was nicely furnished but lacked anything to distinguish it as superior, besides some cheap slippers. There was hardly... more

A Tribute to Music is a charming hotel in a great location. However, we were assigned to a room on the top floor which had a very low ceiling that made us feel like we were in the attic. It was difficult to get around, because of the need to crouch in much of the room. more

While living in Austria last summer my fiance and I traveled with two of our friends on a last minute excursion to Venice. We booked one room (two King beds) at Residenza: A Tribute to Music. The hotel was actually much nicer than we imagined. The room was very spacious, albeit with the corny name "Madonna" (as in the pop... more

We stayed here on the first weekend of Carnival and it was a perfect location for exploring. It did take us a little longer to find the hotel, there isn't a big sign out the front. However once found we were very happy. The rooms were warm (almost too warm, but ok once we worked out the heating), clean, and... more

This is a great place to stay in Venice. It is a clean, comfortable and friendly place in a great location. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfasts were good. The staff at the hotel were both friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it. more

We spent 4 nights at A Tribute to Music in January 2008 in room 202. The room was not that big, but it was nicely decorated and very comfortable (and the bathroom was a good size). When the rooms were being cleaned we did notice that a lot of the other rooms seemed to be a fair bit bigger so... more

If you want to be in the middle of all the action in a comfortable, clean hotel with a great view of the lagoon, stay here. My husband, son and I stayed 4 nights in Oct. and were very happy with the hotel. We were on the top floor in a generous size room with a small balcony that afforded... more
