My mom, my sisters and I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment on a small alley in a neighborhood in Venice that was off the beaten path. The beds were fairly comfortable for the kind of cots that are used all around Italy, and we felt very safe there. It was cozy and close to everything, yet not overrun with all... more

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and were not disappointed. It is a little one bedroom apartment and therefore has a kitchenette which was handy. It is located within walking distance of all the attractions and we found it to be a great experience because it was off the beaten track a bit, down a little alley... more

We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2008. We booked directly with the hotel which was straight forward and they always got back to us quickly. The place is easy to find and close to the station. Nice little canal outside and in a nice area with some good cafes around. The greeting from our hostess wasnt the warmest,... more

This was a confortable, clean little place with only a few rooms and a shared bath. For someone traveling alone, I was put into a room with a large double bed, an armoir, and a sink with towels. Two very large windows looked out onto a quiet back canal at the back of the building. Yes, at night especially, the noise... more

My partner & I stayed here recently on our month-long trip around Europe. We arrived by train at the main station, & found the B&B very easily within just a few minutes walk, after buying a map. It is exactly as the directions described, which was helpful. On arrival we found our keys taped to the door with a very... more

If you want a fair price, a fair room, and a cool place to stay in Venice, this is it. Just across the bridge at the train station and a few streets and a passageway away is the Residenza. 6 rooms and a nice big bathroom to share. The bathroom sharing was not a problem. No real breakfast, but lots... more

Initially I was searching for a small inn with a reasonably priced room in Venice away from the center of the major tourist areas (Rialto and San Marco). The owners of Residenza Ca'Dario offered this one bedroom, newly renovated apartment in a residential section of Venice (Cannaregio). My husband and I decided to take the chance to rent this accommodation... more
