An absolute pleasure. This hotel is perfectly situated within a 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and to San Marco yet it is away from the rush of tourists. A gem in the best area at reasonable rates. The hotel is Airconditioned, double-glazed and clean. Staff are always available to be of assistance with a smile and good advice. Large rooms with a freshness which belies the age of the building. Will return if ever in Venice again. more

We booked this unseen through Easyjet.com last October. We thought it looked lovely and it was! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and European. We walked everywhere (apart from when we were on a boat of some description). Five minutes from St Mark's, 5 minutes or so from the Rialto, good trattorias very close by.... more

The hotel is superbly located to the major sites but is in a quiet square. The building has such character and history and yet is equipped with modern facilities. The service was very friendly.
