Staying there for just 1 night with my wife and friends I really do not understand the repeated complaint about the absence of a lift in a 4-storey 16th century building !!! We stayed at this hotel in September 2007 and were overcharged. We received an email with a confirmed rate of 130 Euros per night but when we paid the bill we were told we had to pay 155 Euros.
