During the last century, this house belonged to Angelo Scattolin who was a famous Venetian architect. In his house he put together classic venetian styles which already outlined the characteristics of modern architecture: respect for traditions joined to simple aspects and rationality of layout. His heirs try to continue this tradition in the layout of the house but at the same time combining it with a service which meets the needs of today's guests. more » « less

Add us to the growing list of fans of Ca' Angeli! I booked this hotel very hesitantly, based on the reviews on trip advisor. We were so thrilled with our choice. I am sorry we had to leave! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures on their web site and on trip advisor. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean.... more

Staying at Ca' Angeli made our honeymoon! The staff was so friendly, and extremely helpful! Every night the receptionist would have suggestions for us on what to do for the day. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were large (very rare in Italy), the decorating was very for a 5-star hotel, and it was very clean. My main concern is... more

We had three nights in Venice at this charming small hotel. It was a bit of a trek getting our luggage there from the train station because the vaporettos (water buses) were on strike the day we arrived, but it gave us the chance to see the city first from the streets rather than the canal. The property is beautiful--garden... more

We have stayed in Venice many times always content with our accommodations, but never finding the perfectly situated, elegant but homey inn. This time we got it just right. Ca' Angeli is ideally located, not far from the Rialto bridge just off the Grand Canal, in a quiet locale, yet a few quick turns on the walkway to the shops,... more

Stayed at Ca'Angeli the weekend just gone for 1 night, Its in a good position, close to the Rialto bridge but also out of the way in a quiet side street. The guy on the check-in desk (I presume he is the owner) couldnt have been more helpful with directions etc, he even gave us a packet of biscuits to... more

A group of 7 decended upon Ca'Angeli in the middle of our 16 days in Italy. We were met with the startling realization that we had arrived one day late!!! The staff were wonderfully accommodating, finding us available rooms and handling our "late arrival" with great resourcefulness. The location is FANTASTIC with Ca'Angeli being right on the Grand Canal and... more

My husband and I recently stayed at the Ca Angeli for two nights in the suite with the Grand Canal View. The room was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the a/c worked well. I don't think it was worth the price (around 325 Euro) we paid but it was in line with other hotels. I think Venice... more

We recently spent three nights at the Ca' Angeli - room 22. I found this B&B on tripadvisor and we found all of the positive comments to be true. We loved the room! The staff was very friendly and supportive. There was a one-day water taxi strike on the day we were leaving and they went out of their way... more

We previously stayed at Ca Angeli in September 2006 and rated the accommodation very highly. It was delightful to be back in beautiful Venice. The location is ideal, only a short walk from the Rialto area. The San Polo area is quiet at night and a stay here feels like home. We returned on 15 September and were delighted to... more

We have visited Venice before, but haven’t stayed in the city. Since we were there with 4 family members, we really wanted to stay in Venice. We chose Ca Angeli based on favorable TripAdvisor reviews, and we were NOT disappointed. We drove to Piazza Romana, parked and offloaded 4 of us and the bags, and negotiated 60E for a ride... more
