The location is great! Just about 5 mins from the train station, we had no problems finding it at all!!! Just remember to go left as soon as you get out of the train station and it's the first small street ( or "calle") after the 1st cafe. We were a group of 13, with 4 rooms. Clean linens and bathrooms. Shower interesting (water temperature varied wildly). Breakfast good continental. Great location, close to train station and vaporettos. Nothing fancy, but who spends time in their room in Venice!! more
