Spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend the hotel for value, location and pleasant staff. Reception desk closes at 6:00 pm. Front door is locked so you have to enter with your hotel key. The hotel is off the beaten trail - but we were provided great directions. Others commented on difficulty finding it - take your time, follow the directions and you'll find it to be a very pleasant walk from the water bus. The room of this hotel is clean, comfortable and beautiful. The location is close to waterbus stop (Accademia or Salute), walk to water bus stop around 3 mins, very quite area (But it is not easy to find when you first arrive). The staff there are friendly.
