B & B Venezia is located in a quiet and green part of Venice. Easy to walk from the B&B to Piazza San Marco without getting lost late at night in the many winding streets of Venice . A truely pleasurable and memorable stay and Roberto is such a great host. more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at B & B Venezia. It was reasonably priced, quiet, clean, and roomy. Roberto and family were delightful and very helpful. Stayed at this B and B last month, after seeing its charming website. No mistake in this booking! Roberto is a charming host and his mother and father, although not speaking English, were really helpful. Sant''Elena is on several vaparetto routes and is a little oasis of green park but still within walking distance of St.Mark's and the Doge's Palace.... more

Great location in a beautiful, quiet part of Venice with lots of parks and greenery. Although the breakfast wasn't the best, the location couldn't be beat, the hosts were friendly, we had free wireless access, and were walking distance to everything in Venice. more

Very cute b&b in an easy to find but out of the way location. 20 minute walk along the water to San Marco. Gave us great directions to get there from the trainstation, about 1 minute walk from S Elena water stop. Good room. Everything here was absolutely wonderful: beautiful room, nice bathroom, rooftop patio, very friendly owners, nice breakfast area with computer, beautiful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, children playing, quiet, easy access to the busy tourist areas by vaporetto or walking, easy access to Burano and Murano. What a fantastic find in a quiet area of Venice. We walked from the B&B to all the major sites. The water taxi is very close if you prefer to go that route.
