Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Peacful location but has very quick and close access to vaperretto and academia. Nice buffet breakfast. Tiny entrance to hotel so easy to miss it on your first visit. A great pizzeria right outside the hotel that sells fresh pizza ToGo. more

We had a wonderful room on the 2nd floor facing the Square. The room was larger than expected . Large bath had a tub with hand held shower. There is no elevator but it is very common in Venice. The Staff helpful to recommend restaurants throughout the city and help with transportation questions. This small hotel is to be discovered... more

Yes, the location is good, the room was dark, the bathroom was small and the breakfasts were limited, but as as somebody else said, you get what you pay for and you don't go to Venice for the hotel.
