Nice hotel, quiet and very good location, between San Marco and Rialto bridge, in the middle of everything. Clean room, good bed, nice bathroom, mini bar, what more to wish? To be fair, this hotel is in a great location and the rooms are nice. However, when we had cause to complain because our spa was not working, the reception staff were generally unhelpful. The hotel is situated very near to the waterfront, so it was easy to find from the waterbus drop-off point. Just returned from a four night stay at the Ca dei Conti. It is very central and if you use the water bus not too far to walk with suitcases.
