We have been very lucky and stayed in hotels all over the world but I would put the St Clemente Palace up there as one of the best! Went here for my honeymoon... a bit late of a review but just wanted to say the hotel was fantastic. My wife loved it.. truly a royal experience. Taking the boat to get to down is a bit of a drag... but besides that it is truly amazing getaway and it is like your own little palace. more

Very nice hotel away from all the noise and congestion. My wife and I booked a Jr. Suite and when we arrived,the front staff moved us to a full Classic Suite.Beautiful room. Staff were very helpful. A great hotel on an island away from all the noise of Venice. Shuttle to St Marks square runs every 20 minutes. Hotel staff are first class, check in and out was very simple.
