We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights from 16th June 2008. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, giving us maps, suggestions of sights to visit and restaurants to try. Over rated and over priced is how I rate this hotel. View of Bridge of Sighs was great if you looked down the canal....but definitely not worth 400 euros per night..directly opposite our room was a scaffold clad building which wasn't the "view" I thought we'd have. Fantastic location...easy to get to. Very lovely and nice room, it is very pricey (as with most of Venice) but you get what you pay for.
