We stayed at Ca' Pisani recently and had an excellent stay. The location cannot be beat. The rooms were great. The bathrooms are in top order. The staff was always very friendly and courteous and spoke excellent English (and Italian with our daughter). The breakafasts are very nice. Prices are reasonable, considering it's Venice.
