The hotel has a good location being just a very short walk from the Bus / train station. The check-in area was good, and we received a fairly nice welcome by the staff. Hotel was in a fabulous location, steps away from the train station! Hotel is small....all the hotels in Italy are small, get used to it! The hotel staff was helpful and polite.
