I had a good experience staying here. The location was great. Literally less than a 2 minute walk to Piazza San Marco (Saint Mark's Square). The room was a bit small. Two English couples (age range 52-57) stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. We cannot understand why this hotel is 3 star rated. On arrival we had to lug our suitcases up a long flight of stairs to the small reception area (a desk) and up more stairs to the bedrooms, no assistance was offered-no lifts in the hotel.... more

Huge stairs, quite old and ordinary. Brilliant location on a side street just off St Marks Square and appears cheaper than most. We only stayed for one night so it suited us. Staff really nice. more

Spent a weekend in the hotel from the 16th to the 19th of September. On arrival the hotel is slightly difficult to find from St. Marks square but it doesn't take long after that to figure out where it is. The actual location of the hotel is perfect.
