This was a lovely little hotel, Rooms either overlook the street and Grand Canal,the little side canal, or are in a back courtyard. The courtyard rooms are the most quiet. Remember that this place is in the heart and excitement of Venice, a 5 minute walk from San Marco. We opted for a second floor room on the side canal.... more

I stayed at the Locanda Vivaldi September 29-October 3. The hotel has a great location if your are visiting Venice. However, the staff was not the least bit acommodating when we had a problem with the air conditioning and mosquitoes.
