Our family stayed here for one night in late July, 2008. Found it on Best Western's website, and was not disappointed. Very centrally located just to the right of St. Mark's Square and about 5 to 10 minutes walk to it (depends which way you take). Nice big rooms, very clean. This hotel was very easy to find and very central. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a reasonable size with a good size bathroom and all very clean. Good choice at breakfast and a small bar facility with lots of nice wine to choose from. more

The Bisanzio is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco (watch out for the touts selling tickets to the glass factory on Murano - the hotel advised us to take the free trip; we were picked up virtually outside the front door at 9.00 am). We found this hotel very easily, got off the boat at the Arsenale, turned left, crossed 2 bridges and turned right down a small alley way and there it is.
