The location is great - just a throwing stone from Piazzale di Roma and walking distance from Train Station. The room is nice.... The problem is the attitude of the staff ! The frontliners were bit arrogant, no smile and just like a robot. more

Sofitel was close to the train station making for an easy commute to and from. Although it was a good distance from St Marks Square and the Rialto, the quiet off beaten nature was one of the best parts. Tons of little shops nearby that werent overpriced like near the square.
