Its marooned on a traffic island with views of a large IKEA (much less carpark chaos here than the one in Wembley!) and the motorway. Noisy; still road works all sides which start at about 6.30 am (yes!) so take ear plugs. Good car park once in but really hard to get in due to road works, traffic etc. Take care.
