We booked this hotel before checking the reviews, I thought it was too good to be true, a 4* hotel for 3 nights at £120- it definately was. I completely agree with all of the other bad reviews. When we walked in we thought 'oh ok not quite 4* but it still looks ok' when then got up to our... more

I booked this hotel through GTA and since I travelled with them all over the world I thought it will be ok, not central but with good services. This was the worst experience of my life. I think that they have 2-3 rooms like that shown in their WEBsite pictures. The rest are like 1-2* + TV. We changed rooms... more

Rooms were cold , tiles were painted in the bathroom peeling off all over, waterpressure fluctuating badly, male deskclerk really didn't want his job, all female staff very helpfull and nice. Very expensive Wi-Fi but quickly solved through an internet cafe just around the corner, also internet computer in the lobby is charged at 3,00 / 30 mins. Beds extremly... more

This hotel was a dump. In our first room, the lights did not work so we had to request another room. The room was dirty; the bathroom water pressure was pathetically weak; the paint was literally peeling off the walls; the shower "curtain" was dirty and swung out to prevent you from being able to lean back in the bath... more

Gym very small not alot of choice and in very small room, sauna closed the whole weekend i was there. Plus side is metro line... more

Shower drainage jammed. Toilette flush running all the time; nice background noise. One night table lamp didn’t work. Breakfast room small and buffet service poor for a 4 star hotel standard. Receptionists friendly but not so the manager. He lacked willingness to really help customers. more

Hotel is not in best area. The metro stop is at the far end of the green line. Not on most maps. Convienance to the metro is plus but room was cold, dark, and very worn. Lots of lights did not work..room was not kept up with. Bathroom needed alot of maitenance (peeling paint, broken tiles). Staff was okay. Nowhere... more

The hotel is ok, but just. The room was clean and nice, if somewhat dark, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. However, the walls seem to be very thin or otherwise definitely not soundproof: in the second morning of our three-nighs stay there was some noise at 7:00am since the neighbours turned on their TV set - had to... more

I booked the Hotel Adam as the price was great (£275 for 5 nights booked through Otel.com) especially as it was Grand Prix weekend!! The hotel itself is not in the centre of Milan but 10 minutes on the Metro (from across the road) will get you to the Central railway station. The rooms were comfortable but could do with... more

This hotel has some good points. It's close to the Metro (Crescenzago station), so you are only about 10 minutes from the centre of Milan (one change of lines). It has good-sized rooms with large bathrooms. The beds are fabulously comfortable. The breakfasts have excellent pastries (try the vanilla croissants). However, the hotel lets itself down on the general standard... more
