The hotel is in a good location , 5 mins from Termini where both underground lines meet making it easy to travel to all parts of Rome, you can easily walk to most attractions but we were lazy and used the underground which was pretty good value. Taxi's were easy to find but reasonably expensive. The rooms were big enough... more

Large clean room, friendly helpful staff, very adequate breakfast but most of all superbly positioned! It only took us 10mins walking - with cases - from Hotel room to a seat on the Leonardo express. Its location down a quiet side street meant you had the feeling of being in the coutryside! In fact the air conditioning was all one... more

Hotel conveniently located to Termini. Rooms are modern and spotlessly clean, good continental breakfast and very helpful staff. Would highly recommend. more

Found the hotel on Tripadvisor and booked directly online, although I checked by phone that the booking was confirmed, which it was. What a lovely surprise. A brand new hotel 5 min walk from the Termini station, which means easy access to everything. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go as it was central enough for us (50's) with... more

It has been a great pleasure being in the hotel. The room was very clean. The stuff was very friendly and kind. showing a real will to help. The location of the hotel is perfect. Tucked away in a quite area, a short walk from the Termini station, the hotel is ideally placed. You can walk, get a bus or take the underground depending on which area you are planning to visit. Beware if you take the bus though, poor suspensions and cobbled streets are not a good combination! Rooms are a decent size, very... more

This summer, my wife and I had a Mediterranean cruise on the Princess and stayed four nights pre and post cruise. The most worried matter was where the hotel was. After arriving at the terminal, we walked through the bus terminal and cross the E.D. Nicola, a wide and busy street and found two drink shops on the corner. This... more

Me and my boyfriend went for a 5 day trip to Rome in August 08. We booked this hotel mainly because of all the good reviews, price and location. We landed at Ciampino and easily found our way to Termini Train Station. From Termini it was a 5 min walk with luggage, not far at all. We got there mid-day,... more

Hotel Diocleziano is located within walking distance of the train station metro and local bus station. It was very easy to hop on the Metro and be anywhere we wanted to go within minutes. The staff in this clean hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, with a broad selection... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to heading out on a cruise. We arrived at the hotel prior to check-in, and had a limited amount of time before having to head out for a tour. The front-desk staff was very accomodating - they allowed up to freshen up in the lobby bathroom. When we... more
