The B&B is in a modern residential area, with respect to the surrounding buildings, around the Vatican. We arrived to Casa Franci from a cruise in Civitavecchia port some 80 miles away. Francesca, our host, arranged our trip to the B&B so we arrived easily. My wife had the bad luck of catching flu on the plane to Rome, and could not visit much of this city.
