Found this hotel via trip advisor and totally agree with all the positive reviews- the rooms were clean, quiet and well-presented, the location was great and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very polite and helpful and recommended what ended up being one of our favourite restaurants in Europe. A great stay. The shower was small, as mentioned... more

This hotel is very good, good situation, excellent staff - friendly and helpful. The room was large and well fitted. Bathroom looked new with excellent shower. Very good breakfast though the need to have BOILING water for tea is not really understood here, or at any of the cafes in Rome we went to. Good coffee though. The room was... more

Stayed for three nights in October. Reception held our bags as our room wasn't ready. Room was nice - everything you could expect in a good hotel room, the only thing we thought was unusual was that the tea and coffee formed part of the mini-bar and you had to pay for it if you wanted it. The size of... more

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night & found it very enjoyable. It was convenient to sites, shopping, trains, etc. A very comfortable room, old but clean & neat & great value for money compared to other Rome accomodation. Would definately stay there again! +++++++++++ Joe.S more

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Gea for 3 nights during our stay in Rome. This is a fantastic 3star hotel on one of the main streets in Rome. It's a ten minute walk to Termini, 2 mins to Piazza Republica, 10-15 mins to Trevi fountain and Spagna. The accomodation was excellent: we had the mini suite on the mezanine floor close to the rear exit which was perfect for our needs. It was spacious,... more

Booked this hotel on Romeby.com. We were given a room/apartment which consisted of a good size bathroom, 3 rooms/2 tvs/air conditioning and a separate entrance on a side street. This was great for my family of 2 adults and 3 children. paid Eur200 pernight which included breakfast. The location is within walking distance to train station and most attractions. Area... more

This hotel is just the right distance from Termini train station, too close to the station is not a good neighborhood, but this is about a 10 minute walk and is about 10-15 minutes walk from the main ancient attractions along Via Nazionale. It is on the 2nd floor of a large building, and you pass a beautiful little fountain... more

Our time in Rome was a small part of a longer trip with my mother-in-law. As it was her first trip to Europe, we wanted to make sure that she was able to see as much as possible. Unfortunately this meant only 1 night in Rome, on the way to Tuscany. This hotel was great for a 1-night stay, though... more
