This hotel has a great location. I was a single, female traveler and felt safe in this hotel. It was in walking distance of the Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, lots of Piazzas. The hotel was clean and I didn't have any trouble with the water heating up. (I read a few reviews where guests listed that problem)... more

The hotel is located just a few minutes from Termini station. You dont have to take a taxi, find a map and you´ll find it. Its located on a quiet side street amongs alot of other hotels and a few restaurants. The room was big, bed was comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean. The minibar was not cold but ok.... more

The best things about this hotel is it's central location to everything that is required i.e. Trains; Metro; buses 5 minute walk along with easy walking distances to any of the main attractions that you want to see in Rome. Connection from the airport to Rome central terminal is 11 euro and takes approx 35 mins if your a single... more

I stayed at San Remo for a week, in business and for a weekend break. The room was clean and confortable. The shower had some problems, but it worked... The worst was the breakfast: the orange juice was not orange and the fruit salad mostly had no fresh fruits. People on the reception are kind and speak english. You can... more

I loved this place. It was cheap (by Roman standards) but still had an upscale feel. The rooms were no frills and typically Euro-small, but you're in Rome, so if you're spending much time in the hotel room besides sleeping you're doing something wrong, and they were still perfectably comfortable. The front desk workers are very helpful and speak good... more

Should you be a 1st time visitor to Rome, as we were, this hotel is conveniently located. We arrived at the rail terminal and found it to be a 5 minute walk from there. The train service from the airport runs every 30 minutes and is 11 euros each week. One tip do not forget to validate your ticket in... more

The San Remo, is great for what you pay, your hardly ever in it when you go to a place like rome. The location is fab, your round the corner about 2-3 minutes away from the termini train station which takes you all over rome, to the airport and the vatican city. If you walk down the road your at... more

I stayed at this hotel as part of a special Rome deal with KLM. I read the Tripadvisor website beforehand and it seemed to have some great reviews. The hotel really does have a great location. It's literally just a five minute walk from Termini station, Rome's major railway station. It's very convenient for getting around as Termini is also... more

The hotel is located pretty much slap bang in the middle of everything average joe tourist wants to see in Rome and for the sights that were a little further away there was the Metro. The Termini was roughly 2 mins walk from the hotel where you could catch national and local trains, the Metro unlike the London tube is... more
