Lovely hotel. Great location with plenty of sights, food and shopping to walk to. Taxis are two blocks away. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast was great - pastries, fresh fruit, juice, cereal, coffee. Make sure you request the room with a roof-top terrace, it is totally worth the price. more

Great location in the heart of Rome. Great dining in the nearby neighborghood. The rooms was alright, but the service in the reception and cleaning of the rooms was under average. The breakfast buffet is small, but ok. more

Hotel San Carlo is a real gem, in a fabulous location. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and some have a terrace, which is a great bonus. Great location, great service, this was my 3rd time to stay in the Hotel San Carlo and each time, i have received a great service, Breakfast is basic and can some times be a little crowded but you will always be welcomed and found a seat asap. more

From the moment we arrived we received outstanding service. The staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was amazing - very spacious, quiet and clean (we even had our own private terrace). The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to all the main attractions. more
