This hotel is located on a rather busy street in the government/finance district of Rome. Staff was rather dismissive and uninterested in providing assistance. The room was nicely appointed and was a moderate size, however with all of the furniture that had been stuffed into it was very tight with large luggage. We had an excellent stay in the Rose Garden Palace Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendlyand friendly. It was my husbands birthday during our four night stay and the hotel left a bottle of "Champagne" in our room with their compliments. Would certainly recommend the hotel. more
