I went to Rome with my mom last Summer 2006, along with the rest of the flight attendants she was working with, since my mom is a flight attendant, and I decided to go along with her since I've always wanted to go to Rome. The hotel we all checked in to is this hotel. As we checked our room,... more

Stayed 4 days for a conference and reception tested everyones patience. Very long waits just to open th e door for the satored luggage, little English. discussions about bills. Being invoiced after the fact for disputed items without warning and the list goes on. It is a lovely place and location but the reception made sure I will never return. more

We stayed at the new building 3 and liked it. We had a very nice and stylish room in the upper floor. The service was very friendly. It's near the autostrada, parking is free. The hotel shuttle brings you in about 30 min. to the city center. more

I stayed here in Sept 2008 when I attended a conference. There were many problems with the hotel. As mentioned by another reviewer, the hotel comprises 3 buildings, about 800m to 1.5km apart. When you book, you are not told which building to arrive at & can go from one to the other until it is solved. I arrived at... more

"We are very sorry, we have only recently opened and we are still working some things out..." You will hear this a lot if you stay for long at the Sheraton Golf in Rome, which at the time of writing had been open 20 days. The staff are doing the best under the circumstances, but as a guest, you'd be... more

We stayed here mainly because we got the room on points. It was expensive as others point out, but if you are approaching Italy via Rome, it was just what we needed in terms of a restful stay before moving about the country. It's close to the airport (which is a plus if you don't know the country and are... more

We stayed here because of a conference. After spending three nights at a marvelous hotel in Rome, it was very disappointing staying here. It was a long bus ride to Rome. The food and service in the restaurant was horrible and most likely the worst we have EVER experienced in Europe. Breakfast was expensive for what little you got. The... more

I recently spent 3 nights at this Sheraton while attending a conference at the hotel. Overall, my impression of the hotel was that it was overpriced and not very adequate in many respects. Here are the pros and cons, from my point of view: PROS: 1) New construction and the rooms were impeccably clean. 2) Ample breakfast although very expensive... more

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Golf near the airport for one night on the last day of a Trafalgar bus tour. It was a smart choice because the Sheraton Golf is a modern, clean, well-managed hotel. Space in our room was adequate with a large screen TV, good choice of free channels, a comfortable double bed, writing... more
