Desk operator not too friendly, hardly any eye contact, didnt ask how your stay was.. Guesy bed ( for third person) real saggy, very uncomfortable.. Hotel perfectly situated in the old part of Rome with access in walking distance to Colloseum and so on. But has problems with noise of elevator and roof aircondition. Only pluses here: well located in a pretty quiet street near Termini rail terminal (about 5 minutes walking), with a twice an hour rail link to the airport and many bus connections.
