The first thing on arrival was a genuine smile, and a very polite greeting we found all the staff exceptionaly helpfull never over the top. Very good location. Clean and nice room. The 6th floor breakfast was quite anonymous. The 7th floor restaurant was lovely, however the bar area needs more attention. more

This hotel had 5 star prices and is NOT a 5 star hotel! We had booked one suite and one std room. Suite was fairly spacious and had a nice terrace but the compliments end there. Staff was indifferent to us and the Concierge was not helpful with finding suitable restaurants either in the neighborhood or for a Sunday evening.... more
