I've never written a review for TripAdvisor before but the quality of this hotel inspired us to do so. The staff were brilliant - all extremely pleasant & obliging. Our family quad room on the 5th floor was lovely - good size, beautiful big bed and drapes and no problems with noise. The snacks at the bar (and toasted sandwiches)... more

I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is in a good location -- easy to walk to station, but far enough away to give the feel of a better quality location. The hotel was very quiet, so I slept well. My room was compact, with a mixture of "old" furniture with modern fittings (eg new flat screen TV). It... more

We stayed at The B.W Canada for 4 nights in September. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and gave us valuable directions (where to go for dinner with very reasonable prices and of the best quality) . Our room was super clean, quiet & comfortable. The hotel is only a couple of blocks away from Stazione Termini ,from there you can... more

Everything everybody else said about this place was correct. The hotel is excellent, comfortable, clean, pleasant, and low-key. The snacks in the afternoon and evening are a nice touch, and the lounge to eat them in is comfortable and pleasant. The room we had was a very reasonable size, and in the off-season, a bargain at less than 100 Euros... more

It was our honeymoon. We arrived from Paris on fiumicino and took the bus to Termini and walked to the hotel. Ten minutes of walking. The taxi drivers on Termini are terrible, keep away from them. The ride would cost 40 E!!! It was raining and the prices rised. We just waited a little for stop raining. It was an... more

An excellent hotel above its three star rating. Our room was very well decorated with a spacious bathroom. We asked for tea making facilities on arrival and asked daily for milk which was plentiful and bought to our room. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were all so helpful and professional. Clean towels were given every day.... more

The Hotel Canada, though officially a 3-stay property, is run at a much higher level of service. Even though there's no restaurant, there is an abundant breakfast and even a limited bar and room service menu. And in the evening the hotel puts out snacks to nibble with drinks---which at times are also complimentary depending on the timing. The rooms... more

We were delighted with this updated 130-year-old gem. Delightfully decorated room with painted ceiling, marvellous buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and evening bar. Near Metro, Termini Station, buses and lots of Trattorria. more

We had a great stay, 3 nights, traveling with 3 other couples. We were all super satisfied with our rooms, hotel location and reception check in. The bathrooms were fantastic with lots of nice sundries supplied. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. We arrived early, our rooms were not ready, but they took... more
