The hotel bore no relation to the the pictures on the website. A sourly eastern European receptionist was my first sign of trouble to come It was so bad I made a video and contact the hotel Both were ignored I have never been so disappointed before, filthy with bizarre stains on furniture, carpet fit for a skip and furniture... more

just returned from a 3 night weekend. Feel the the morgan relies on it's central location & very little else. Very few 'boutique' elements to be found, certainly not in our room. I had booked a room with bath tub & was initially shown to a TINY room with a shower only. To be fair to them this was resolved... more

We went to Dublin last week as a short break and booked a suite in the Morgan which was gorgeous. The lighting in the bar set a romantic mood and the cocktails were something else!! I think they won a competition of some sort for them last week and im not surprised. The breakfast was piping hot and perfectly cooked.... more

Myself and my husband booked the Morgan Hotel for our 2nd anniversary celebrations as we were very impressed with the hotels website and made our booking directly with them. The hotel certainly did not live up to its website. On arrival at the hotel I was immediatley dissapointed I was not impressed with the small reception area and dimly lit... more

We stayed here for last month when spending a leisure weekend in Dublin and had a fabulous time! It was just a perfect base to explore the city from. The hotel has a very stylish contempory decor. It was nice to stay somewhere that is a bit more funky than your average boring 4*. The bar in the hotel was... more

I have stayed here twice. It's very centrally located. Bar is very nice with great cocktails. Staff were friendly and the rooms spacious and modern. Very comfy bed! more

Stayed at the Morgan just last weekend. My room was clean, comfortable and bright, opening onto a balcony at the back of the building. The queen size bed was extremely comfy, a proper large bed, none of this shoving two twins together & calling it a double rubbish. The bathroom was immaculate with an enormous rose shower head and one... more

Great location. Right in Temple Bar district. Within walking distance to most touristic sites. Hotel didn't look as nice as shown in website. Room was very small, but clean in general. No air-conditioning. We had to leave the windows open to get ventilation, but it got rather noisy at night as the hotel is located right in the pubs/bars neighborhood. more

Where do I start. First room was tatty, smelt of smoke, had a towel that smelt of smoke and was like trying to sleep in a nightclub thanks to the noise in the bar (when challenged the receptionist said 'we are a hotel, and this is what we do' - a hotel, I would argue, would not have a noisy... more

It started well with the staff allowing us to check in very early in the morning. We had a doze but were soon woken by the bar next door getting a delivey of barrels and the heating in the room not being on and being too cold After a lovely day in Dublin we arrived back at our hotel and... more
