The rooms are small even by London standards and hallways are like a rabbit’s warren. The bed was comfortable, but the shower stall was very small. The breakfast service is decent with a Standard English menu, but it is the same menu every day. The font desk staff was fairly indifferent and was incapable of verifying a flight schedule. more
