Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October. We had a car so the free parking was very much appreciated. Only problem was that the car was keyed by someone as it was parked in the carpark underneath the hotel. Check in was fast and efficient and our room was large, clean and well... more

pick-up at airport from the shuttle was good, room okay, not super clean but acceptable. Misleading "internet access" ad on the website. You get charged for access, even though the airport has free public access. Plus side was, I was able to get an extended departure, since my flight does not leave till 3 in the morning. more

Stay there overnight for a concert. Pick this hotel for its price and it location. Hotel need a major upgrade. wall paper peeling off. the insuit ref. are so loud . I have to unplug it. Outside hallway is floor tile so in the early morning when the cleaning mate pushing their crate over the floor tie. It make lould... more

This was most probably the worst hotel I have EVER stayed in. Not only did the room smell like B.O., the restaurant literally made me sick. The food was undercooked and I was VERY ill that night. The room was uncomfortable and smelly, as mentioned above, and the amenities were non-existent. They hadn't even refilled the coffee machine supplies, the... more

Had the worst experience ever. Arrived late May 2, door key would not work, had it re-keyed, still wouldn't work, attendant opened door, room smelled musty, went to use bathroom and NO WATER, called attendant, told to turn on tap and wait 10 minutes, asked to be moved ,told they were full, couldn't I stay in that room. Asked to... more

We stayed here on our way back from a trip to Mexico, what a bad way to end a wonderful week! Upon arrival there was a middle aged woman arrinving shortly after us with her elderly mother who was having trouble walking up the front stairs so she ran inside and asked the front desk clerk if there was anyone... more

Stayed at the Executive Inn Express, Richmond, BC for two nights while visiting Vancouver. A clean and modern hotel with very hospitable staff. Rooms were exceptionally large for a more budget-priced hotel with comfortable beds and recently renovated bathrooms. The on-site restaurant was overpriced and only seemed to offer typical bar/grill food. Unfortunately, there are not very many restaurants in... more

We have just stayed one night before an early flight we booked because it was the cheapest hotel that we could find that included 7 days parking. $80 Great Value after reading all the reviews I was a little sceptical, but we arrived 10.30pm to a smiling receptionist, yes a pretty dated hotel but perfectly clean nice big room very clean... more

We travel to Mexico every winter leaving in November and returning in April. Each way we spend a few days in Vancouver and like to be close to the airport, and have a reliable shuttle, a good restaurant, walking distance to the Casino and shopping centers and most important the ability to store our winter clothes until we return. This... more

I recently stayed at the Executive Inn Express Richmond the night before a flight out of the Vancouver Airport. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had and I travel a lot. To start, I walked into the lobby of the hotel and the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. This is in a city where... more
