Wasn't sure what to expect, last time we were in Seattle this was still a part of the EMP. Didn't like that cameras weren't alloed, either were backpacks. It was easy to get through in 30-45 minutes. Many of the costunes and things were replicas made by fans (which is cool, but really in the hall of fame I would... more

Unless you're a fan of Science Fiction and Fantasy you're not going to get much out of the museum. If you ARE SF fans like my husband and myself, you're going to love it! There is a lot of stuff packed into the halls to look at, more than I expected, but not enough to be a whole day event.... more

We visited this place to kill some time after the Space Needle and it easily became my favorite thing we did in Seattle. As a kid I grew up with Star Wars and Battlestar Gallactica and still love sci-fi movies today. The breadth and quality of the memorabilia on display is far above anything I have ever seen. Armor used... more

Microsoft's co-founder Paul Allen's private collection of science-fiction memorabilia is impressive to say the least. And as a sci-fi geek, I am alien-green with envy! You will find everything from first-edition, autographed classic sci-fi novels to a full-scale Gort from “The Day the Earth Stood Still”. I spent nearly two hours in the first exhibit room looking at books and... more

We took in the Science-Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame with our 2-year-old daughter and our 6-year-old son. Museum's are hard with toddlers, and although there is lots of eye candy at the SFM, our little girl only lasted about an hour. Our son, on the other hand, LOVED this place. Any young school-age children into Aliens, Star Wars, Super... more

I took my 7 year old son to the museum and he really loved it and wants to return. The environment is cool for him with some neat interactive projection displays and a great interactive space port where you can choose famous ships from Sci Fi history to dock at your port. He is a Star Wars fan and the... more

We bought a combo ticket for the Sci-Fi Museum and Experience Music Project (approx. $28 per person for both attractions). My boyfriend, an admitted sci-fi geek, thought it was cool, especially the sci-fi weapons displays. I liked some of the costumes (Farrah Fawcett-Major's dress from "Logan's Run") and props (Capt. Kirk's command chair from Star Trek). Overall, however, we were... more
