Our stay at Shephard's had good points and bad points. Here's what we discovered during our stay: - The poolside "suites" are VERY misrepresented on the website. We took our daughter to Clearwater Beach after her graduation for a week. We had a late arrival via plane. Royal staff were great at making sure we had everything we needed.
