Excellent place to stay in New Delhi India. You do have to be a member or know someone who is a member to stay at this facility, but if you do have that connection, I highly recommend the India Habitat Centre. We stayed in a 2nd floor non-smoking room for 2 nights in Dec. 2008. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable but the hotel rooms/bath had obviously not been updated in a long time whereas the lobby area and bathrooms in the lobby have recenlty had a facelift.
