We stayed for a week over Christmas and found the staff to be generally very friendly and very helpful, especially as compared to the typical Praguer in our experience. We stayed here for 2 nights in December for the Christmas markets. The hotel is very central and a great location from which to explore Prague being a few minutes walk away from the Old Town and Wenceslas Square were the markets were. Breakfast was decent.
