Where to start.....The jetty is about to fall apart, the beachfront room we stayed in was terrible. The rooms are dirty, when i went to use the basin in the bathroom it blocked up, the shower was full of hair. For me, Paradise Bay embodied what I had always envisioned a perfect vacation to be.
